The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel, please ensure that it is full on return, if not it will be charged at £1 per litre.
The vehicle is hired to the hirer under a private hire agreement. Insurance of the vehicle is charged at £20 per day and is for the named driver only, UK use only.
Hires are normally Saturday 4pm pick up until Saturday 1pm return, but we can arrange out with these hours if required.
Deposit of 20% of the hire fee is payable when booking, balance to be paid 21 days prior to the start of the hire period.
On collection a £300 cash damage deposit is required, this will of course be returned at the end of the hire period providing the vehicle has not suffered any damage or breakages.
Hirer is responsible for daily oil and water checks, topping up if necessary, oil provided.

If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible and in any case, within 7 days. All monies, excluding deposit, will be returned.
If prior to your hire period, our vehicle is damaged and can't be repaired in time, we reserve the right to upgrade you to a newer motorhome, at our cost.
If this is not possible we will issue a full refund of monies paid, including the deposit.
